Publication of the candidates lists for the new composition of the Board of Directors of Snai S.p.A.

We announce that the list of candidates presented for the office of director filed by the majority shareholder Global Games S.p.A. in accordance with the applicable legal framework has been made available to the public, by publication on the Compay’s website www.snai.it, in the section entitled “Shareholders’ Meetings” - “Shareholders’ Meeting 27-28/04/2012”, and is kept on file at the Company’s registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A.. Along with the list, the documentation required under the applicable legal framework and the by-laws has also been made available to the public.
