Deposit and pubblications of lists for the election of the Board of Directors of SNAI S p A

Porcari, 4 April 2013 - With reference to the Shereholders' meeting convened on April 26th 2013, we announce that shareholder Global Games S.p.A. and shareholder Piero Colzi filed two lists of candidates for the office of director in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

The lists have been made available to the public, by pubblication on the Company's website www.snai.it, and are kept  on file at the Company's office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
Along with the lists, the documentation required under the applicable legal framework and by-laws has also been made available to the public.
