Appointment of a Director and revocation of General Director

Porcari (Lu) - october 28, 2011 – The Board of Directors of SNAI S.p.A. (the "Company" or "SNAI") has co-opted, to replace Gabriele Villa resigned on October 5, 2011, Stefano Campoccia also appointing him member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

The Board of Directors also announces the withdrawal of the charge of Managing Director, so far covered by Luciano Garza.
