Consolidated First Half Report as at 30 June 2012

Milan, 3 August 2012 – Snai Spa’s Board of Directors, which met today in Milan under Giorgio Sandi’s chairmanship, approved the Group’s six month report for period ended 30 June 2012, which sets forth revenues of Euro 263.8million and Ebidta of Euro 34.3 million.
